We prepare the beef Ragu:
In a large stock pot over medium heat, heat 1 tablespoon. Add the garlic and the onion and cook them until soft, 6 minutes. Put the meat and the tomato sauce and cook them until the meat is done. You can add all kinds of condiments, depending on your taste: oregano, coriander, paprika.
I like to mix them a little. First you put some tortilla chips, pour over the beef ragu, red beans, cheddar cheese, jalapenos, put another turn of tortilla chip and then again, the beef ragu and everything else. Put them in the Hiten oven until the cheese melts.
Serve it with salsa sauce (minced tomatoes, onion and coriander mixed with olive oil, salt and pepper) and Guacamole (mashed avocado, lemon or lime juice, salt, pepper, coriander, minced jalapenos and in the and a spoon of salsa sauce)
